Natalia Fomichenko is a professional coach who helps high-achieving professionals overcome burnout, build confidence, and create purpose-driven careers. She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) ICF, a certified Erickson Professional Coach (EPC), and a certified cognitive behavioral practitioner (CBT).
Natalia combines a deep understanding of human psychology with real-world business expertise, drawing on over a decade of international experience in management consulting and tech across the UAE, UK, US, and Saudi Arabia. She holds an MBA from both London Business School and Columbia Business School.
As a co-founder of La Visionnaire, a member's club supporting international women in advancing their careers, Natalia is passionate about empowering women. She is also a seasoned speaker at career conferences and a former podcast host.
Beyond coaching, Natalia enjoys yoga, tango, and acting - practices that help her stay grounded and continually step out of her comfort zone.

Vera Maslova is a relationship-building and strategic networking expert based in San Francisco. She holds a degree from the Faculty of Philosophy at Lomonosov Moscow State University, where she studied communication, social dynamics, and the psychology of human behavior - a foundation that continues to inform her work today.
With over 10 years of experience across the cultural, nonprofit, and business sectors, Vera has led projects that unite diverse communities, build high-trust partnerships, and foster long-term collaboration. She has worked with prestigious brands and institutions including Mastercard, Nissan, Bank of the West, the Louis Vuitton Foundation, the Fabergé Museum, and Oris.
Throughout her career, she has organized over 300 events - from educational lectures to international forums - and developed three online courses reaching more than 50,000 participants. She regularly advises founders, researchers, and cultural leaders on partnership strategy, stakeholder engagement, and investor relations.
Today, Vera focuses on helping people build real connections - personally and professionally. She shares practical tools for overcoming fear of rejection, cultivating confidence, and developing the communication skills that make relationships thrive.
